摘要 短期内游离脂肪酸 (FFAs)升高可刺激胰岛素分泌 ,长时间作用可产生抑制效应。FFAs对胰岛 β细胞功能的抑制可能通过改变葡萄糖、FFAs代谢的关键酶的活性或表达 ,使胰岛甘油三酯含量增加 ,β细胞凋亡 ,葡萄糖转运体 2表达下降等多种途径实现。在肥胖和 2型糖尿病中常有FFAs的升高。研究脂毒性与
