Progress in neural stem cells research and prospects of its clinical application

摘要 The discovery of neural stem cells and deep researches on them are bringing us new hopes for treating nervous system diseases. This review focuses on the discovering processes of neural stem cells, the basic characteristics, the trans differentiation, and the advances in research methods. Also the application and potential values of neural stem cells in clinical therapy are detailed.
