先天性食管闭锁的外科治疗

Surgical treatment for congenital esophageal atresia

目的 探讨提高先天性食管闭锁手术成功率的措施。方法 对我院 1982～ 2 0 0 0年 6 2例先天性食管闭锁进行回顾分析。结果 5 9例获得手术治疗的先天性食管闭锁患儿 ,死亡 7例 ,吻合口瘘 4例 ,食管狭窄 6例。 1994年后连续 2 2例无死亡。结论 早期诊断 ,熟练轻柔的手术操作及严密。

Objective To investigate measures increasing the survival rate of congenital esophageal atresia.Methods Sixty-two cases of congenital esophageal atresia were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 59 cases who underwent operation, 7 cases died, 4 had anastomotic leak and 6 had anastomotic stricture. A consecutive 22 cases have been survived since 1994. Conclusions A prompt diagnosis, skillful manipulation and strict postoperative intensive care are the key point to increase the successful rate of congenital esophageal atresia.
