摘要
目的 观察肾母细胞瘤患儿体内Th1/Th2类细胞因子的表达情况。方法 用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)技术 ,检测正常儿及肾母细胞瘤患儿外周血、肿瘤组织及瘤旁正常肾组织中Th1/Th2类细胞因子的基因表达。结果 肾母细胞瘤患儿外周血、肿瘤组织及瘤旁肾组织均出现明显的Th2类细胞因子偏移趋势。结论 肾母细胞瘤患儿体内Th2类细胞因子的强势表达 。
Objective To observe the expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines in children with Wilms' tumors.Methods The gene expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines in children with Wilms' tumors was detected by RT-PCR.Results The expression of Th2 cytokines was dominant in the peripheral blood and tumor cells.Conclusion The dominant expressions of Th2 cytokines in children with Wilms' tumor may be related to the development and progression of Wilms' tumors.
