承山穴穴位注射治疗泌尿系结石疼痛疗效观察

Effect of Chengshan Point(BL 57) Injection on Treating Pains Induced by Urinary Calculi

方法 :将 12 0例泌尿系结石疼痛患者随机分为 3组 ,A组承山穴位注射黄体酮 ;B组单纯针刺承山穴 ;C组黄体酮臀部肌肉注射 ,观察其止痛效果并进行比较。结果 :3组的总有效率分别为 :A组 93 0 % ,B组 71 8% ,C组 6 0 5 %。结论 :黄体酮承山穴位注射对泌尿系结石引起的疼痛效果明显优于其它两组 (P <0 0 1)。

One hundred and twenty patients suffering from pains induced by urinary calculi were divided into 3 groups at random.Progesterone was injected into Chengshan point(BL 57) in the patients of group A;′Simple acupuncture was employed in those of group B;′Progesterone was injected into muscles of the hip in those of group C.Analgesic effects were observed and compared among the 3 groups.The total effective rate was 93 0% in group A,71 8% in group B and 60 5% in group C, indicating the curative effect of Chengshan point(BL 57) injection of progesterone on treating pains induced by urinary calculi was superior to that in the other 2 groups(P<0 01).
