摘要 目的 探讨不同程度黄疸新生儿尿视黄醇结合蛋白 (RBP)、尿N 乙酰 β D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)、微量白蛋白 (MA)的变化。方法 对 2 0例高胆红素血症新生儿 (轻度 5例 ,中度 13例 ,重度 2例 )在生后 2 4h~ 4d留取晨尿检测尿中RBP、NAG、MA的含量 ,并与正常对照组 48例作比较。结果 轻、中、重度黄疸新生儿尿RBP、NAG、MA水平均高于正常对照组 ,除轻度黄疸组与对照组RBP差异无明显外 ,其余各组间RBP、NAG、MA差异均非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 高胆红血症对肾小球滤过膜及肾小管均有一定损伤。 Objective To investigate the change of urinary microdose protein in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods The contents of RBP,NAG and MA in urine were detected in 20 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia (5 mild cases,13 moderate cases and 2 serious cases) during 24 h~4 d after birth,and 48 healthy subjects served as control group.Result The contents of RBP,NAG and MA in 20 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01) and there were siginificant differences between groups (P<0.01) except for RBP in mild cases.Conclusion Hyperbilirubinemia could injure glomerular filtration membrane and renal tubules,and the degrees of jaundice varied with the degrees of injury.
