摘要
文中论述研制开发松辽流域水土保持信息管理系统的必要性,以全流域水土保持工作实际需要为依据,阐述了系统的模块组成与功能、特点、开发步骤、组织保障。
The paper discusses the essentiality to develop an informational management system for soil and water conservation in Songliao rivers basin, and introduces the module compose, function, characteristic of the system and its construction process and organization guarantee in accordance with the practical needs of the soil and water conservation in Songliao rivers basin.
