摘要
大体积混凝土温度控制是关系其施工质量、施工速度和经济性的关键问题之一 ,根据大坝结构特点及施工工艺水平 ,提出合理的温度控制标准及防裂措施 ,防止产生危害性裂缝 ,对提高大坝整体性和耐久性具有特别重要的意义。依据三峡二期工程大坝混凝土原材料及混凝土主要设计指标 ,对大坝混凝土分缝分块、混凝土温控标准及主要温控措施作了较详尽的阐述 ,根据 1999年夏季的温控实践 ,进一步确定了适宜的混凝土温控标准和要求。此外 ,还强调了保温和表面保护的重要性。
Temperature control for massive concrete is one of key technical problems related with construction quality, construction speed and economy. In the light of the structural characteristics and construction technology of dam, making reasonable temperature control standard and crack prevention measures to avoid harmful cracks has important significance to improving the integrity and durability of dam. According to the concrete raw material and major concrete design indexes for stage Ⅱ works of TGP, this paper gives a comparably detailed description to the arrangement of concrete blocking and joint division, concrete control standard and main temperature control measures. The temperature control practice in 1999 summer further confirms the feasible concrete control standard and requirement. In addition, this paper places emphasis on the importance of heat preservation and surface protection.
