人民胜利渠灌溉用水管理损失及对策研究

Research on Water Losses Due to Management of Irrigation Water Use in Renmin-Shengli Canal and Strategies

根据人民胜利渠灌区用水管理损失现状 ,对河南省人民胜利渠灌区的灌溉用水管理损失情况进行了系统的调查研究 ,认为影响灌区用水管理损失的因素有 :管理体制与运营机制 ;水费、水价政策 ;农耕技术与种植结构等。提出应从输配水、田间灌水等方面 ,减少灌溉用水管理损失。

In light of the present situation of water losses due to management of irrigation water use in the Renmin_Shengli Canal District, the investigation and research on the situation of water losses due to management of irrigation water use in the Renmin_Shengli Canal District of Henan Province have been carried out systemetically. It is recognized that the main factors influencing water losses due to management of water use in this irrigation district are as follows: management system and operation mechanism; policy of water fee and water price; cultivation techniques and planting structure, etc.. The strategies from the aspects of water delivery and distribution, field watering etc. are proposed so as to lower the losses due to management of irrigation water use.
