介绍广西推行农村小型水利体制改革的经验 ,提出存在问题和解决问题的建议 ,以促进农村小型水利体制改革顺利开展。
The experiences of the small sized WR projects system of Guangxi countryside are introduced here, the existing problems and proposes are expounded to promote reform developing smoothly.
