摘要
洪水预报是防洪减灾的重要非工程措施之一 ,其精度的提高主要依赖于科技进步 .根据国内外文献资料 ,对近 30年来流域产流理论、河道洪水波运动理论和流域汇流理论的新进展作了扼要介绍 .根据我国近半个世纪以来开展洪水预报工作的经验 ,对现行河段洪水预报方法、水库洪水预报方法、流域降雨径流预报方法和实时洪水预报误差校正方法的适用性作了初步分析 .
Flood prediction is one of the important non-structural measures for flood control, and the improvement of the precision of prediction mainly depends on scientific development. Advances in recent 30 years in the theories of watershed runoff generation, flood wave movement in rivers, and watershed flow concentration are briefly introduced. Based on the nearly fifty years' experiences in flood prediction in China, the suitability of the existing methods for the prediction of river flood, reservoir flood, and watershed rainfall, and the error modifying method for real-time flood control are preliminarily analyzed.
