小浪底水利枢纽工程消力塘的机械化施工

Mechanization construction of the stilling basin in the Xiaolangdi WR pivotal project

黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程消力塘宽 35 6m ,上下游方向长 2 92m ,一级消力塘水深 2 8m ,是目前世界上最大的消力塘。消力塘由国际承包商———德国旭普林 (Zublin)公司为责任方的中德意联营体 (CGIC)中标承建。开挖爆破采用大体积爆破和预裂爆破两种 ,全部机械化装卸、运输。混凝土浇筑采用国际上最先进的ROTEC系统 ,如塔带机、胎带机和运输车等。模板主要采用德国产DOKA模板。由于采用了先进的施工设备 ,浇筑强度和质量大大提高。

The stilling basin in the Xiaolangdi WR pivotal project is the biggest in the world at present. It was contracted by CGIC that is an international contractor. The large area blasting and pre crack blasting were used here. The concrete construction used the advanced ROTEC system. The model is mainly DOKA model made in Germany. Using the advanced construction devices, they improved the construction intensity and quality.
