分析大环江水环境问题的基础上 ,对该河段水污染进行必要时监测 ,分析计算出该河段的水环境容量 ,并提出水污染的总量控制方案及整治建议。

Based on analyzing the water environment problems of the Big Huanjiang river, some necessary monitor were made in view to the water pollution condition in the river section, its WE capability were analyzed and calculated and the scheme of pollutant control by total quantity and harnessing proposal were expounded here.
