摘要
水环境容量是以环境目标和水体稀释自净规律为依据的。水体中污染物的排入 ,要与水环境容量相适应 ,如果超出水环境容量 ,就必须采取措施 ,以保护水体水质不受污染。介绍了计算水库水环境容量的方法 ,并由此反推求污染物允许的排放量 ,对大王滩水库在不同条件下的水环境容量进行分析比较 ,给出了大王滩水库合理的水环境容量。
The methods for calculating reservoir WE capability were introduced, and the pollutant emission quantity limit was inquired here. The WE capability was analyzed and compared in different conditions and the views were proposed on making rationally use of WE capability.
