摘要
在总结“九五”期间江西省水利工作的基础上 ,全面分析了 2 1世纪初江西水利面临的机遇和挑战 ,并提出了全省水利工作指导思想。
Based on summarizing the water conservancy work of Jiangxi province in the ninth five year plan, this paper analyzed the facing opportunity and challenge of water conservancy of Jiangxi in the early days of 21 century. And it put forward the guiding ideology,the overall goal and the strategic measurement of water conservancy work of our province.
