摘要
滁河干渠年均降雨量小 ,是严重缺水地区 ,水资源供需矛盾突出 ,城市与农村争水加剧。为加大可持续发展的力度 ,近期以续建配套挖潜、节水防渗、调整农业结构为重点 ,相继开辟新水源 ,东提长江水 ,西引淠河水 ,南吸巢湖水 ,实现三水沟通 ,压缩淠水自流灌区 ,适当扩大提巢灌区面积 。
Because of the small amount of annual precipitation, the region of the Chuhe Canal is seriously short of water, and the conflict between water demand and supply and between urban and rural water supply is conspicuous. For the enforcement of sustainable development, by means of water resources system construction, water saving and seepage control, agricultural structure adjustment, new water sources exploitation, and water diversion from the Yangtze River, the Pihe River, and the Chaohu River, the irrigation by gravity area of the Pihe River is reduced, the Tichao irrigated area is properly enlarged, and the optimal allocation of water resources is also realized.
