对努西地区有关“收养”文献的研究

Studies on Adoption Texts from Nuzi

努西地区的“收养”制度不同于通常意义上的“收养” ,根据对其原始文献进行的研究 ,可以看出该地区所发生的“收养”分为两种类型 :真正的收养和名义上的收养。这两种类型的发生与发展都主要以获得经济利益为驱动力。尤其是名义上的收养 ,更是体现了赤裸裸的金钱关系。

The adoption is different from the general sense of adoption.By studying the documentsin Nuzi,the adoption can be divided into two types,real adoption and nominal adoption.The motive of adoption in Nuzi is to acquire the economic interests.Especially,the nominal adoption shows the obvious relationship of money between the two parties. \[
