探讨现代生物教师的基本素质 .首先分析现代生物教师的职业前素养准备 ,包括教师职业意识、一般文化修养、生物学专业修养以及教育学科修养等 ;进而讨论现代生物教师的职业中实践推进 ,主要从生物教师应具有的职业日常规范角度论述敬业精神 ;在此基础上探讨现代生物教师的职业水平提高 ,主要从分析教育科研的意义入手 。

The basic quality as a modern biology teacher is explored in this paper. The spirit of dedication must be forearmed before going for the teaching occupation. Four aspects of the issue are discussed: the sense of the vocation, the general cultural mastery, the skills of biology major and the competence of education.The practical promotion of contemporary biology teachers' vocation: the spirit of esteeming profession, in terms of vocational Daily Norm, and what the teachers should be possessed is discussed. The contemporary biology teachers' level improvement of occupation: we discuss the value of the spirit to the stability of the vocation and the elevating level of teaching, beginning with analysis of the importance of specific research.
