The main way and one of the most decisive facilities which can affect this foal is the teachers' ability of teaching and research. This article brings forward the affecting facilities and the improving measures on the basis of the study and investigation on the qualification ,teaching plan and research of the teachers in five middle school in Sui Xi County. The main purpose of the article is to provide an reference for the further reform of the teaching in this county.
