摘要
利用网络计划技术对 EDI在港口库场单证流转中应用的可行性和带来的效益进行时间量化分析。通过对比 EDI在进口单证流转应用前后的关键路线及最短时间发现 。
This paper applies the network planning technology to make a quantification analysis of the benefit of EDI's application in port bills' circulation circulation. By comparing the key route and shortest time of EDI's application in port bills' circulation with those without EDI, the article indicates that the benefit of EDI's application in port bills' circulation is great.
