摘要
本文总结了塑性加工技术的发展现状 ,提出了材料塑性加工技术在新的世纪应该以现代科学技术为基础 ,实现由技术向科学的转变。塑性加工应以固体力学和材料物理为理论基础 ,宏观与微观相结合 ,实现理论基础的完善和飞跃。以计算力学和软件科学为工具实现塑性加工过程的虚拟化和可视化 ;以自动控制理论和计算机技术为工具实现工艺过程的自动化控制 ;采用新的能源、新的介质和加载方法开发新的塑性加工工艺 ;以汽车、电子电器和航空航天等工业为需求 ,研究新材料和新产品的塑性加工工艺。
The state of the art of metal forming technology is summarized. It is suggested that metal forming technology be based on mechanics of solids and materials science of physics to become a fully science, macro science and micro science should be jointly considered, the theory of metal forming can then fully develop and make a tremendous breakthrough. Computational mechanics and software technology are used to make metal forming process virtualized and visualized. Metal forming processes and equipment are computer controlled by using computer technology and automatic control theories. New metal forming technologies may be developed using new energy resources, new forming mediums and new loading methods. New metal forming technologies are required to be developed for new materials and new products according to the needs of automotive industry, electrical and electric industry and aerospace industry.
