摘要
本文介绍一个用于切割机电气故障的专家诊断系统。专家诊断系统与切割机控制系统通过信号联络线同步运行 ,能够实时地在线地检测和诊断步进电机的驱动电路。专家诊断系统以单片机 80 31为核心 ,采用产生式规则建立知识库 ,用广度优先搜索法进行向后推理 ,运用并行推理方式提高搜索速度。样机运行结果表明 ,专家诊断系统达到了设计要求。
In this paper, an expert diagnostic system (EDS) for detecting electrical system faults in a efflux cutting mach is introduced. The expert diagnostic system works in synchronism with the extra high-pressure control system by the handshaking signal line, which can, in real time and on-line, detect and diagnose the stepper motor drive circuit. The 8031 single-chip computer is the center of the expert diagnostic system in which knowledge base is set up by production rules, backward reasoning is made by the breadth-first search and the searching speed is increased by using the parallel search. The executing results of the prototype show that the expert diagnostic system meets all design requirements.
