Integration-The Trend of National Innovation System of Australia

本论文介绍澳大利亚近年来为促进国家创新体系建设而开展的活动和相关出版物 ,认为澳大利亚的国家创新体系是在向整合的方向发展。从创新环境上 ,越来越强调全民创新意识的重要性 ,重视教育的作用 ;在创新主体上 ,强调加强产学官合作 ;创新要素的整合 :强调人才、技术和资本的综合作用 ;在保证措施上 ,注重投资政策和配套的法律法规 ,如税收政策等的整合。

Several actions and publications related to the national innovation system of Australia are introduced. It is concluded that the trend of the national innovation system of Australia is integration. The importance of public awareness and education is emphasized to form an innovation culture. The collaborations between the innovation main performers, i.e., government, industry and academy are encouraged. The integrated role of innovation elements, i.e., human resources, technology and investment is emphasized. Finally, the investment policy is integrated with other corresponding policies, such as revenue policy to encourage the industrial innovation.
