基于“十五”规划期间，把发展农业经济作为我国经济工作的首要任务，本文提出当前走产业化道路，提高农民收入，关键是产业组织支撑。创新的村组织是产业组织最有效的模式。通过材组织的组织机构创新、功能创新、制度创新，逐步建立适合国情的农业产业组织。

On the basis of the fact that during the tenth five-year-plan, to develope agri-cultural economy is the most important duty among all economic work, this article puts forward the argument that industry organization support is critical for agriculture indus-trialization and improving the peasant income. An village innovative community is the most effective model of industry organization. We can establish agriculture industry or-ganization suitable for our national situation gradually through the village community structure innovation, function innovation and system innovation.
