In network times, the writing action will become the basic method in which peoples subsist. The writing science is suffering the stern challenge of network culture. The computer writing will change the traditional writing methods of several thousand years, and great revolution will occur with text disseminating and reading method, and in the writing action the linear thought method of tradition will be replaced by the new non-linear network thought model. What traditional writing theories will be also replaced by rebuild into more open and more scientific grand writing theories. The network culture now has provided completely new concept and theory for the changing of writing science. We will follow the trend of the brand-new writing study that the information times is facing with. Writing science will show the development state of digitization, application, internationalization and pluralism under the colliding and permeating of new science theory prevailing in both East and West of the world.
