摘要
介绍了一种直接用市电供电的超声电机驱动电源的基本原理及其工作方法。该电源采用脉冲宽度调制的方法 ,用一级功率电路得到稳定的高频高压信号。文中详细介绍了控制信号的产生及反馈网络的相位补偿的方法 ,使输出信号稳定且满足驱动超声电机的需要。
The ultrasonic motor existing today usually draws its high frequency high voltage power supply from a low voltage DC source by using an inverter. In the paper, a new type of the power supply taking its input power directly from commercial AC source is proposed. According to the principle, by using Pulse Wideth Modulation, two driving signals with controllable phase difference for the motor are produced with only one power level circuit. In order to make the signals stable and meet the needs of driving the motor, some methods for producing control signals and compensating the phase of feedback network are introduced in detail. A prototype of a power supply based on above described principle is made, which takes its power from 220V AC commercial source and supplies 20W sinusoidal alterating currents of 300V to the 60 type ultrasonic motor developed in our center. The power supply works stably.
