摘要 给出了一种含有闪耀光栅的CO激光器主副腔结构 ,系统分析了其纵模选择方式 ,并通过数值模拟 ,研究了主、副腔功率随反应池插入损耗变化的规律。分析表明 ,该主副腔适宜光化学反应。 A composite resonator including glaring grating is introduced for CO laser and the selecting character of its longitudinal mode is also analyzed systemically.Through numerical simulating,some rules are given on power of two sub-cavities that change with the lose which is brought by reaction cell.Analysis expresses that this composite resonator is suitable for photochemistry.
