A Novel Optical Filter with Fabry-Perot Structure

摘要 报导了一种采用内置LiNbO3晶体波导的新型F P腔光滤波器 ,其选择性好、精细度高 。 This paper proposes a Fabry Perot optical filter with a novel structure.It has very good characteristics with narrow bandwidth,finesse more than 300,the insertion loss less than 5 dB,and the tunable speed less than 10 ns.The application of this kind of filter in WDM based LAN is analyzed also.
