This paper introduces one of the important techniques for bearer channels which is dynamically assigned in Digital Circuit Multiplication Equipment.The applicable service types are listed and the policy for them are discussed.An optimized scheme for assignment messages and a bearer channel refreshing technique in a limited period is proposed.
