摘要
报导了一种采用阵列波导光栅 ( AWG)及梳状分波器 ( Interleaver)技术的 C波段 96波长 / 5 0 GHz间隔的密集波分复用 /解复用器 .器件提供 0 .1 3nm通带宽度 ;通带宽度内各信道插入损耗小于 6.3d B,相邻信道隔离度大于 2 8d B,PDL小于 0 .3d B,在 0~ 65℃温度范围内各信道中心波长变化小于 0 .0 5 nm.
We report a C band 96 channel, 50 GHz wavelength spaced dense wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer employing AWG and optical interleaver technologies. The device provides 0.13 nm clear passband width, over passband and all channels, its insertion loss is below 6.3 dB, the adjacent channel isolation is higher than 28 dB, and its PDL is below 0.3 dB, the center wavelength change is within 0.05 nm over operation temperature 0~65 ℃. We first introduce the structure of this device, and then report device performances.
