高校落实“以德治国”思想的思考

College Teachers' Self-Disciplining and Student Cultivating with Moral Values

“以德治国”落实到学校工作 ,就是“以德治校”。作为一名高校教育工作者 ,笔者认为“以德治校”应从两方面进行 ,即“以德修己”和“以德育人”。

People cultivation is the essence of education. As the country is best governed with moral values, so is an institution of higher learning. A college teacher can best fulfill the responsibilities of cultivating students in two ways: self disciplining while cultivating students with moral values. This essay deals with college teachers approaches to the two interrelated issues.
