Living space for export oriented garment enterprises of Xiamen is narrowing while import oriented garment enterprises are badly in need of talented persons,technology,management and marketing strategies.Developing strategies for Xiamen garment industries are:improving management system for talented persons;enhancing government guidance and control;emphasizing group efforts;renewing management ideas;making full use of local advantages.
