Conducting Regular Performance Appraisals in the Party

面对当前某些党员干部中存在严重的腐败现象 ,在坚持“党要管党”和“党管干部”的前提下 ,充分利用广大人民群众的监督作用 ,按照“三个”代表的要求 ,探索建立一种“体外”监督考评党员干部的制度 ,以加强和完善现行的党员民主评议制度 。

In combating the serious corruptive cases with some Party officials, the Party should discipline the organization itself and its official members, and a performance appraisal system by external supervision can be introduced to reinforce and offset the on going Party member evaluating system so that the Party is governed with strict disciplines and supervision.
