利用先进人物的榜样作用来进行道德教育是常用的教育方式 ,榜样教育的学习机制在于使受教育者产生有意无意的模仿行为 ,并在模仿行为出现以后给予一定的正强化。道德教育过程中应该努力加强榜样的影响力与号召力。
