摘要
本文借助生态演化思想研究非均衡经济系统的集成调控问题 ,以保证系统的生存和可持续性的供需平衡的存在 ;并且在系统生存基础上 ,考虑调控成本 ,通过经典最优调控和最优脉冲调控的结合得到非均衡经济系统集成调控最小成本的原理和确定方法。
In this paper the integrated regulation and control(R&C) of disequilibrium economic system is studied based on the thought of biological evolution to keep the viability and sustainable balance of the supply and demand of the economic system. And on the basis of the above analysis,with considering the R&C cost and integrating the classical optimal R&C and the optimal impulse R&C,the optimal cost principle of the integrated R&C of the disequilibrium economic system and it's determining method are presented.
