摘要
评述了有关后进地区区域开发理论模型 ,提出了后进地区区域经济开发的理论思路 ;研究认清地区所处的经济梯度 ,在大力进行工业增长及建设中 ,实现经济增长和经济扩张 ,不断跃上经济新台阶 ;据此理论思路 ,对我国西部大开发中的经济发展战略进行了构想。
A comment is made on the development theory models of backward areas. Consideration on the backward area's economic development theory is put forward, that is, to make clear its economic gradient, to realize the economic growth factors and to keep on leaping to new economic steps. Based on this theory, it draws a blue print of the economic development strategy in the western region development.
