摘要
本文提出了基于结构光的钻头三维形貌快速检测系统。文章分析了系统的组成、工作原理及系统集成方法 ,重点研究了形貌数据的处理方法。包括 :滤波及图像的自动分割方法研究 ;不同坐标系间的数据转换及回转体多个测量数据块的数据融合 (data merging)技术研究 ;钻头参数测量方法研究。文中给出了钻尖磨损图、钻头横截面模型图以及用本系统及三坐标测量机 (CMM)测量钻头形貌时的比对测量数据。研究表明 ,系统的测量精度约为 30μm和 1°;测量速度小于 10
A novel drill 3D geometry measurement system based on the structured light is developed in this paper.The layout and the principle and the integration method of the measurement system are analyzed.Specially,the processing methods of the topometric data are studied which include filtering and automatic segmentation of image,transformations between different coordinate systems and data merging between different groups of data,parameter measurement methods of drill.The pictures,which show the drill wear and the drill cross section model are given.The drill is also measured by CMM.The data are used to make comparison with the measurement results from this drill measurement system.It is indicated that the accuracy and the speed of the system are 30 μm,1° and less than 10 minutes respectively.
