本文以知识经济时代为立论视角,认为知识经济时代是以人为本的经济时代,它呼唤和必将造就一代全面发展的高素质人才。而直接担负培养高层次人才的我国高等院校必须与时俱进,大胆改革,培养一大批适应科技、经济和社会发展需要的全面发展的高素质的社会主义合格人才。

This paper has its eye on the age of knowledge economy and thinks that the age of knowledge economy is a qualified-personnels based economic age.A large number of high qualified personnels with all-round levels of competence will be surely create.Colleges & universities in China which is directly responsible for educating high-level qualified personnels,must make a reform and try to educate numerous high-level qualified personnels with all-round levels of competence to the needs of the development of technology,economy and society.
