摘要
对焊接过程中电弧作用位置产生波动进行误差分析 ,提出了相应的实验方法 ,研究了低热输入条件下电弧作用位置对厚板窄间隙焊接侧壁熔合质量的影响 ,得到连续焊缝的有效电弧作用位置的范围 ,为低热输入条件下实现全位置自动焊打下了基础 .
This paper analyses the errors of the arc_work position in the process of the welding, and presents the corresponding experimental results. It also studies the influence of the fusion quality that the arc_work position exerts on the wall under the low_input_power conditions. The scope of the valid arc_word position for obtaining the continuous welding is investigated. The experiment has laid a foundation for welding automatization at all positions under the low_input_power conditions.
