摘要
研究了电化学方法快速评价防锈油性能的可行性 ,并同湿热实验进行了对比 .结果证明 ,循环伏 -安法和分段循环伏 -安法完全适用于评价防锈油的防护性能 ,且数据可靠 ,测试简便、快速 .特别是分段循环伏 -安法更加快速。
The property evaluation of rust preventive oils by repeated cyclic voltammetry (RCV) carried out .Results shows that the RCV method is simple and rapid compared with the traditional methods (Humidity cabinet test etc .).Its drawback is that it is difficult to select the potential region and the time of cyclic scanning.Based on the method ,The phases repeated cyclic voltammetry (PRCV)measurement was developed.The property evaluation of rust preventive oils was carried out by this method.The comparison between the PRCV method with the humidity cabinet test and the RCV method was also carried out .Good correlation was obtained between them .It shows that the PRCV method is suited to the property evaluation of rust preventive oils perfectly and it is superior to the RCV for it is simple ,convenient and reliable.
