论学校管理的教育关怀

Study on Educational Solicitude in School Management

管理作为一门“道德技术”在学校教育的领域中应该发挥育人的教育性功能 ,但是管理的内在追求与教育的内在追求在本质上有发生抵牾的可能。因此 ,应该在学校管理的全过程中融入教育关怀 ,以使“教育的管理”发挥“管理的教育”作用。

As a subject of m oral technology,management should play a role of cultivating people in the field of school adm inistration,butthe internal desire of administration is basically different from thatof education. Therefore the educational solicitude should be integrated into the whole process of the school adm inistration, thus educational management can play the role of m anagerial education so as to avoid weakening the educational value in management instead of one- sidedly stressing the organizational efficiency in m anagem ent,which will alienate educational function from its management and cause the contradiction between management and education.
