摘要
通过对金属粒子表面的物理化学改性 ,采用核 壳式乳液聚合的方法 ,制备了微米级金属 /高聚物复合颗粒Al/ (PSt/PBA)、Zn/ (PSt/PBA)、Ni/ (PSt/PBA) ,并对其电流变流体的电流变性能进行了测试与研究 .具有这种结构的复合颗粒综合了金属与高聚物的性能 ,作为电流变流体的悬浮相材料具有良好的综合性能 ,其电流变流体具有较强的力学性能和较好的稳定性 ,抗剪强度最高值可在 2kPa以上 ,平均击穿场强为 2 .5kV/mm ,抗偏析能力在 2周以上 .
Al/(PSt/PBA),Zn/(Pst/PBA)and Ni/(PSt/PBA) metal core/high polymer coating micron pheres compounded suspensions of the Electrortheological fluids (ERF) are prepared by emulsion polymerization. The surface of Al and Zn and Ni particles must be modiffied before emulsion polymerization. The performance of the ERF was tested. The results show that the shear strength is improved over 2 kPa,the average electric field intersity is 2.5 kV/mm,the deposit time can be improved over two weeks. The metal core/high polymer coating compounded particles are promising ERF compounded suspensions material.
