摘要
本文研究不同表面活性剂对膜渗透L-脯氨酸的前体——谷氨酸的最佳影响因素及其水平。其中脂肪醇磷酸酯铵盐浓度为0.045%时,利于外源性谷氨酸钠导入细胞,促进L-脯氨酸生成,其产量比对照提高30%左右。
The purpose of this study was to find the best effect's factor and potence of ferment by adding different types of surfactants for increasing the cell membran permeability of L-proline precursor L-glutamio aoid.The ammonium salt of aliphatic phosphornate ester was preferable for extra-direct precursor L-glutamic acid permeate into the cell to promoting L-proline biosynthesis; when it's concentration is 0.045%.It's amount of product was increased about 30% than control.
