摘要
将辣根过氧化物酶微电泳于大鼠的楔状核和脊髓内,观察其逆行标记分布。楔状核主要接受同侧额皮质,下丘脑背内侧核,中央上核,中央灰质的腹外侧部,脑桥的网状核,延髓巨细胞网状核,前庭神经核,迷走神经背侧核和脊髓的RexedⅡ-Ⅴ的传入。又在两侧楔状核内见到阳性标记细胞和终末,表明楔状核与脊髓间存在往返性联系。
The afferent connections of nucleus cuneiformis and its projections to thespinal cord were studied in rats by introducing HRP into these two structures. The results were as follows: 1. After introducing HRP into the nucleus cuneiformis, labelled neurons were found in the prefrontal cortex, thalamie reticular nucleus, dorsomedial hypothalamio nucleus, lateral hypothalamic area, zona incerta, superior central nucleus, superior colliculus, periaqueductal gray pars ventrolateralis, contralateral nucleus cuneiformis, nucleus reticularis pontis oralis, nucleus retioularis pontis caudalis, nucleus retioularis gigantocellularis, nucleus retioularis lateralis, vestibular nucleus, dorsal nucleus of NX, and laminae II-IV, of the spinal cord. 2.Labelled neurons in nucleus cuneiformis were found bilaterally after introducing HRP unilaterally into the dorsal horn of the spinal cord. These findings suggest that there are reciproal connections between the N cuneiformis and the spinal cord in the rat.
