摘要
从诃子(Terminalia chebula Retz.)果实的乙醇提取物中分得8个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱分析,鉴定为莽草酸(Ⅰ)、没食子酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜甙(Ⅳ)、三十碳酸(Ⅴ)、软脂酸(Ⅵ)、诃子次酸三乙酯(Ⅶ)和没食子酸乙酯(Ⅷ)。化合物Ⅶ为首次从自然界分得。
Eight compounds have been isolated from alcoholic extracts of the fruits of Terminalia chebula Eetz.They have been identified as Shikimio acid (Ⅰ),gallic acid(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol (Ⅲ),daucosterol (Ⅳ),triacontanoic (Ⅴ),palmitic acid (Ⅵ),triethyl ester of chebulic acid (Ⅶ) and the ethyl ester of gallic acid (Ⅷ) by chemical and speotroscopio methods.(Ⅶ) is found in natural sources for the first time.
