摘要
产权理论历史发展可划分为三个阶段。所有权具有宏观和微观双向研究性:从宏观 上研究即形成所有制理论;从微观上研究即定位为产权理论。现代产权经济学研究的产权, 是体现现代所有权变革的崭新概念,即所有权的结构组合形式范围。西方产权经济学的实质 ,是要抓住制度与效率之间的内在联系,做好产权制度安排,达到产权效率支配状态最优。 马克思所有制理论和西方产权经济学,作为相连的两个阶段,具有不同的研究定位,形成不 同的研究领域和研究重点,表现出很大的互补性。《产权分析的两种范式》一文把这二者“ 对立”起来的看法是不正确的,对西方产权经济学及其在中国改革中的作用,应进行实事求 是地评价。 本文是作者承担国家 社会科学基金项目“建立有效的国有资产管理、监督和营运机制问题研究”的一个阶段成果 。
History of property right theory can be divided into two stages.Proprietary righ t can be studied both macroscopically and microscopically.Macroscopic study resu lts in ownership theory while microscopic study is positioned as property right theory.Property right in modern property right economics is a brand new concept embodying the changes of modern proprietary right,namely,a range of forms of str uctural groupings of proprietary rights.The essence of Western property right ec onomics is to grasp the internal relation between system and efficiency to do well in arranging the property right system so as to achieve the best control of e fficiency of property right.Marxist ownership theory and Western property right economics,as two connected stages,are mutually complementary in their different positions and different areas and emphases for research.In 〈Two Models of Prope rty Right Analysis〉,one is erroneously held as opposed to the other.Here is the author's practical appraisement of Western property right economics and its rol e in China's reforms.
