Labor Market Segment and Human Capital Investment Selection

摘要 随着新经济的到来,人力资本在企业资本结构中所占比重增大,企业规模对经济主要和次要 部门划分的影响降低,企业资本结构对两部门划分的影响日益明显。企业的雇佣决定和工作 稳定性成为影响工人人力资本投资决策行为的重要因素并决定了不同部门企业的员工激励制 度特点。人力资本投资行为的这一变化表明,选择居于主要部门的企业增多将成为我国经济 发展的必然趋势。 With the coming of the new economy,the proportion of human capital in the capita l structure of enterprise increases,the role of the scale of enterprise in divid ing economy into major and minor sections is being reduced,and role of enterpris e' capital structure in dividing the sections is more and more obvious.Enterpris e employment decision and stability of job are becoming important factors in swa ying the workers' decision-making about human capital investment and decide th e characteristics of incentives to personnel in enterprises of different section s.This change of human capital investment shows that more and more enterprises striving for membership of the major section will be an inevitable trend in China 's economic development.
