摘要
β-苯基乳酸(PLA)是合成丹参素的类似物。不同浓度(0.16~10mg/m})PLA能使离体豚鼠心脏冠状动脉的灌流量增加,以1.25 mg/ml浓度作用最强,提示有一定的扩张冠状动脉作用。iv.50 mg/kg对家兔冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)—结扎模型的心肌梗塞范围有显著缩小作用(P<0.05),与普萘洛尔(0.2 mg/kg)组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),表明PLA对家兔急性心肌梗塞有一定疗效。
β-phenyl lactic acid (PLA) is an analogue of synthetic DANSHENSU (SDSS). In these experiments, we observed that various concentrations (0.16-10 mg/ml) of PLA could increase the coronary flow in isolated guinea pig's hearts. A concentration of 1.25 mg/ml produced the maximal response. We also found that PLA 50 mg/kg iv. was effective in diminishing the size of the ultimate infarct in the coronary LAD-occluded rabbit model (P<0.05). The results showed that PLA obviously dilated coronary arteries and could be used to treat acute myocardial infarction.
