摘要
本文对26例Ⅱ型糖尿病性神经病人和健康人进行图形翻转视觉诱发电位(PRV-EP)检查,观察到患者组PRVEP大正波(P100波)潜伏期显著延迟,其程度与病程有关。15例患者接受胰岛素治疗后P100波潜伏期明显缩短。实验证明亚临床视神经损害可能是本病病理过程的一部分,本文对此产生机制作了讨论。
Pattern reversal visual evoked potentials (PRVEP) were observed in 26 cases with type II diabetic neuropathy and 26 age-matched healthy subjects. The mean P100 wave latency of PRVEP was significantly delayed in the patient group (109.8±12.9ms) as compared to values in the control group (93.1±4.6ms). P100 abnormalities seem to be related to duration of the illness. Moreover, the mean P100 latency showed great shortening in a given group of 15 cases after 3-6 months insulin treatment. It is considered that sub-clinical involvement of the optic nerve as documented by PRVEP abnormalities might be a part of this metabolic pathology. Its pathogenesis is discussed.
