摘要
以赤霞珠品种组培驯化苗为材料，进行了小茎段扦插育苗试验研究。试验通过对扦插基质、ABT－6号生根粉的浓度、处理时间以及扦插光照强弱等影响育苗因子的研究，初步探索出了一套适合酿酒葡萄规模化、低成本的小茎段扦插育苗的生产技术。
：In the experiment，established plant of grape Cabernet Sauvignon from tissue culture was used as material. Through the study on the concentration and time of treatment of base medium ABT-6 rooting powder， strong or weak of illumination and other factors influencing young vines growing，it initiate a set of technology on raising young vines by cutting rooting with small stem segment for commercial production of winegrape.
